For yours, ours and neighbours pleasure we kindly ask you to take into consideration the following rules. Rules might seem needless or even self-evident, but we think it is right to write some rules down to avoid eventual difficulties and misunderstandings.

Arrival time is between 2 pm and 6 pm unless otherwise agreed with the owner.

You have to inform us about approximate arrival time.

Additional payment for the late arrival (between 9 pm and 12 pm): 20 EUR

Additional payment for the night arrival (between 12 pm and 7 am): 40 EUR

Payment for the whole rental bill should be paid with cash (€ - EUR) at arrival.

Because of safety reasons we charge you deposit of 100 EUR. We will be glad to return you the deposit back when leaving the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival.

At arrival we will arrange another common meeting before you leave, to find out how was your time at the apartment, if something was wrong and also to check the apartment and its inventory. If something is wrong please tell us and we will try to improve our service. If you will be satisfied with our service please tell that to your friends and recommend us further.

Because we have to prepare the apartment for the next guests we are asking you to check-out until 10 am.

Would you prefer later departure time? Ask us! If we won't expect new guest on the day of your departure we promise you few extra hours. But we do not allow you to take this extra time by yourself. In that case we will be forced to charge you one more day.

Because the apartment is in quit residential area we are asking you not to disturb the neighbours and neighbourhood with loud music, screaming and singing. Noisy day and night shows are not allowed. You don't want police on your front doors and also bring us into troubles.

Regulations valid for all residents (also for you) demand peace between 9 pm and 8 am.

Only registered people are allowed to spend the night in the apartment If we find out that this rule is not taken into account we will charge every additional person for 30 €/per day, even if someone sleeps on the floor. We expect honesty and we return honesty.

We kindly ask you to handle the inventory and installations with care, to turn off lights, air conditioner and water tap when not needed and to lock the front doors when leaving the apartment. We do not take responsibility for the theft, while we put in safety front doors.

Before you leave check the apartment that nothing has been left behind. Look into all closets, drawers and take all your things with you and leave all ours things where you they were.

When leaving ensure that the dishes and other equipment used in the kitchen are washed, dried and put back into the kitchen cabinets.

We are asking you to put all used bed linen, sheets, towels and dishcloths into the wide hall corner (near the mirrors).

We hope you will notice garbage can. We are asking you to empty the garbage can and to throw trash where belongs – into the garbage barrel in front of the building. Garbage can and other dustbins should be empty when leaving the apartment.

We will be pleased if you will catch the sight of our broom and vacuum cleaner and also check the effects of theirs activity.

We will be glad of one more thing. Your short response to the time of your stay at the apartment. You can use e-mail, guest book provided in the apartment or just write down few words on the magnetic table next to the front door. Your quick comment (of any sort) noticed at your departure will be awarded with a coffee or a soft drink on our account.
