For long term apartment rent the price is the subject of
individual agreement.
During the holidays (Eastern, Christmas, New Year, 1st
of May) is minimum duration of stay three (3) days.

The price for the apartment rental can be easily
calculated according to the price list in the presented table.
Deposit: 100 EUR
You get the final price for the apartment rental if
you add tourist tax to the rental rate and also add the deposit of 100
EUR. When
leaving you will get the deposit back if you will leave the apartment
in the
same condition as upon arrival.
The price includes:
- Use of the towels (2 per person per
stay)
- Use of the bed linen (1 set for the
stay)
- Use of the dishcloths (2 for the stay)
- Electricity, water, internet and final
cleaning.
Additional payment for the late arrival (between 9 pm
and 12 pm): 20 EUR
Additional payment for the night arrival (between 12
pm and 7 am): 40 EUR
Arrival time is between 2 pm and 6 pm unless otherwise
agreed with the owner. Departure time is at 10 am unless otherwise
agreed with
the owner.
Payment for the whole rental bill should be paid with
cash ( - EUR) at arrival.
